THIS MAY JUST BE A JUG....... not only is this is a jug that has been made by someone having their first go at pottery.... like anything in life sometimes we think, argh I could never do that, here at Cardiff pottery workshops we want to engage everyone pottery is for everyone. Sometimes trying new things or going to a new place can be daunting. We try our best mainly via cups of tea and cwtchs from our studio dog to make folk feel welcome. We came here for a hen do and had a great time. Kelly and Sarah were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. There were 36 of us(!) and everyone said how much fun it was. I would definitely recommend - more than a few of us plan to come back to try the 6 week course. Thank you for a great day!

Very impressed with Kelly and her teaching style. Joined her studio August 2017. Its now June 2018, her drive to make ceramics assessable for all has not dipped. We now practise pottery at a fantastic, well equipped modern studio. The atmosphere is well balanced, relaxing, friendly with the right amount of seriousness to create your art. Looking to try pottery, call in look around and have chat.

The very talented Karen took a class of four. We made jugs. Karen tutored us, gave help where needed but let us decorated the jugs to our own taste. It was a fab 1.5hr. Can't recommend enough.

The space looks great! Can't wait to start throwing pots.

Kelly gives clear and supportive tuition to a variety of classes and one-off sessions for all abilities. There are membership opportunities for more experienced potters in a friendly and collaborative environment. I joined as a member in April and am feeling really at home; so pleased to have found a professional and well-organised studio.

Just lots of fun, Kelly is a great tutor. It is a friendly environment that allows you to be creative. I keep on coming back for more!!
