Care One 2 One Home Assistance, offers a flexible and versatile service to those individuals, irrespective of age, who do not require "care", yet still experience difficulties completing some of the everyday tasks that many of us take for granted.
Care One 2 One was established in 2011 for adults who may be struggling with normal everyday tasks through no fault of their own, who wish to lessen their reliance on family or friends and still remain independent.
From day one, the company's first priority has always been to provide each client with a professional quality service and 100% satisfaction.
We are a small privately run company however, we can still provide clients with everything a large company may offer and are often able to exceed this, whilst still maintaining that personal touch.
Care One 2 One Home Assistance follows the much favoured old home help scheme, in providing individuals with the hands-on assistance they require, whilst delivering multi-task, non-care support whenever and however they need it.
In addition the company actively promotes that its the client who takes control of the visit, in deciding on what tasks are important to them on the day of the visit, it can be anything from changing the bed, shopping, ironing or just social interaction. No tasks within reason will ever be turned down.
Our assistant's do not even have to remain in the home and will assist clients in the community to, with appointments and social events.
Care One 2 One promises that no client will feel rushed or have their visits cut short. The company takes great pride in the fact that we plan our visits to include travelling times between each client, leaving the client and staff feeling relaxed and stress free on arrival and departure.
All Care One 2 One staff are vetted, monitored, enhanced police checked and insured.
