I get asked a lot what did I do before Cariad and also with the spraying of the shells where did I learn to do that.
Here's a video I did a while back showing the work I did. I would design and build with a small team of guys all sorts of steel work items. Sometimes dirty old jobs in factories or food industry, sewage works, up 400ft tall towers, down holes, paper and aluminium, steel works and so on. All quite intense so my work at Cariad is much easier on the brain than my... old job.
I get lots of messages telling me not to work too hard but again it's not as hard as many of you out there holding down tough jobs.
People say what's it like owning a drum shop....my reply.....money isn't everything, haha.
