Cracking pint of Amstel. Staff a bit rude and rushed us out at closing but nice general vibe. Karaoke was great

This is a fantastic, old fashioned pub. Proper pub staff who know who was next. Proper pub grub that is beautiful & reasonably priced. Also, cocktails.... me & the wife took full advantage of a 2 for 1 offer. 👍🍹😜
Great atmosphere and reminds me of my own local back in Liverpool.

Dog friendly. Barman kindly gave us a bowl of water for our dog. Usually I don't like drinking Carlsberg. However Carlton serves a good pint

Its unbelievable. Had a great real ale guest beer and sat outside. Went in to get another at 8.30 to sit and watch the world go by, I came outside to my mate who said they were locking down the tables we were on... No where else outside to sit. I'm here for 3 weeks and will not be returning to the carlton . U have family in the trade and they would NEVER turn custom down.

I enjoy the food and atmosphere. Ideally come on a Saturday and get 5-dish platters for only £8! The soft tacos run out early, so better be quick

Busy, smelly, not that friendly. Beer tasted a bit rubbish like the lines could do with a good clean. Boiling inside, so sat outside but loads of the tables and chairs were chained up even though it was peak time an lovely weather.

Pouring with rain and soaked through,Spotted this gem of a pub...Had Fish & chips & Pinot ..Pub was beautifully decorated inside with an Easter theme ...Will definitely go there again..

Well... after coming here in the past for a drink while being on holiday...this time we had a new born baby who needed feeding at this pub was closed to us... So goes in gets settled the woman beind the bar says are you eating ? We say no but feeding baby and having a drink...sje said well you can't be in here... but will alow it as he's young... So fed the baby and left... didn't even have a drink... after being in the catering trade a d pub business that's not how you run a pub... won't be going again!!!!
