The five star is mainly for the entertainment crew!!! The guys and girls made my kids holiday they were absolutely the stars of the week especially Trouper garath!!The resort it self isn't very appealing for people with no car your literally stuck on the site with only one small shop on site which is very expensive (didn't realise otherwise we would taken food) the onsite restaurant again is expensive but the food I must admit was delicious the steak and chips was cooked perfect. The swimming pool was good nice an quiet the slide is a good edition. Our accommodation was average we had upgraded but then downgrades as was placed at the rear of the park rhe receptionist was good and replaced is in the centre next to the park which was much better for kids.. ok holiday for the kids but again the troupers was only thing to make the holiday better than a 1 star

Just got back from our long weekend away and i have to say was probably the best holiday park ive stayed in, the troupers were brilliant they really earn their money and work hard, the entertainment was brilliant especially last nights show with the rocky horror type theme with the jukebox was really good, accomidation was great, staff were really friendly and the swimming pool and amusements were great too, only thing i would say is that they could do with another cashpoint for convinience, we'll be back soon carmarthen bay!!

I love this place.. without a doubt this is my happy place. My kids love coming here. The activities and entertainment are wonderful and the troupers are amazing nothing is ever to much. Sumply perfect x

The park is in a lovely quiet area with a great beach ideal for kids and exploring. The caravan was clean and tidy, but the food prices are very high and the toilets should only be used in an emergency. The pool is great fun as well as the arcade if your rich. There is a shop but because the next one is 2 miles away they seem to have inflated prices. It's a great place to stay but would recommend cooking your own food in the caravan.

Nice clean caravan beautiful views of the bay.

Excellent pub Kings Arms nearby well worth a visit. Sports bar ok, entertainment was ok probably better when in full season. Food expensive in club and toilets def. need to be cleaned more regularly. Good on site shop.

Good base to explore from and nice walk round bay

Just come from a weekend away here. Caravan was lovely & clean. Staff were friendly. Kids entertainment was ok. Few issues with the site though. All the public toilets were grubby, pee on the floor and out of date compared to the site. The showbar toilets were always soaking wet every morning when opened for the kids club Both my 3year olds slipped on the floor many times. Phone signal was terrible there, hardly no connection all weekend plus no wifi around the site only in the entertainment building. Cash machine was broken the whole time we was there plus no where did cash back there at all, so had to drive 15 minutes down the road with two shops later we finally got cash to go back to the site to spend it in their arcade! Probably won't visit here again.

Staff was friendly enough but caravan had no carpet , 1 of the windows in the living area was drafty rang reception for an upgrade an the only thing they often was a new caravan for an extra £100 but considering we was only there for 3days we declined , sink was blocked an smelly but was sorted out very quickly , site was noisy neighbours loud , site was clean thou clubhouse toilets was smelly , shop was expensive £1.65 for a loaf of bread , won't b going back I'm afraid

Caravan is nice, clean and the staff are helpful and polite. Only went for the weekend and we came home early. Had a three bedroom caravan and had to call reception as soon as we got there as one of the twin rooms was not made up and had no linen. The boiler stopped working On the Sunday morning and took a while to be repaired so nobody in our party of 5 could have a shower. The food is very expensive and the toilets in the clubhouse smell terrible. Would not stay there again!!

What a shit hole only 1 shop which as sod all and 1 place to eat miles away from station for those who don't drive cost me and wife and kids 50 pound to and from train station and won't go back so expensive over 200 pound to be fed in the 1 place they have and the pool is not even suitable for very young kids my step son is 5 and to me was to deep had to hold him as water was up to his chin and cost was basically weekend gifts was in the corner shop hardly any think to buy waste of space place save ya money go else where your going down hill park Dean
