A superb camera shop. Very helpful, enthusiastic staff. A great selection of cameras and accessories in stock. Well worth a visit, highly recommended.

I have seen this place advertise online and in the photographic press, so when visiting the area I dropped in to get a new bag for all my photography paraphernalia. This is some awesome camera shop, of that there is no doubt, and had a huge variety of bags to choose from, along with helpful practical advice. If it wasn't about 5 hours drive from home, I'd go back over and again. If you're in the area and a keen photographer, make up an excuse and pay them a visit. You know it makes sense.

Went into the shop about 2 or so weeks ago looking for a new camera and was served by kris. The quality of his service and the shop in general were amazing and I will 100% be recommending them to any one looking for solid advice on Cameras and optics.

Was on holiday in Pembrokeshire and called in to Carmarthen for the day, spoke to Sean about lenses for a D7200, he suggested looking at the Sigma 24-105 Art lens. On his recommendation I purchased one. What a fantastic buy, used it for the rest of the week with great success, some fantastic pics and since used for a couple of events back home, great lens. Really pleased with the service and friendly advice, Highly Recommended.

I was recommended the Carmarthen Camera Centre by a friend and I took 2 Canon 17-85 mm lenses to them to be repaired. I paid a small deposit to have the lenses sent away for assessment and a cost which I received in about a week and I gave the go ahead for the work to proceed. About ten days later I was informed that my camera lenses had been repaired and were ready for collection. On collection the faults were fully explained to me and I learnt much more about the interior workings of the lenses than I knew previously. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I received excellent service - highly recommended.

Terrible company. I bought an item from them which I then had to return. After two weeks, I still had not received my refund so I contacted them by email. They responded initially, but then went silent and I have not received any refund. Avoid!

Ordered a camera on Saturday and charged £15.00 next day delivery, this service is not available on weekends so why offer and why have i been charge £15.00 when its now standard delivery?

Bad experience all together, bought camera lens for daughter was sent to wrong address even after phone call and e-mail, they did nothing to stop the delivery. No refund no replacement no nothing. Had there money didnt care about anything else. Have had to get police and solicitors involved to try and get this sorted. Worst customer service i have ever had.
