We did it! :)

Helen's had rather a busy afternoon already! This lovely lady was struggling to calve due to milk fever (low calcium levels) so after some t treatment and a bit of untangling a set of quite large twins were born. More unusually one was a limousin x Holstein and the other a British Blue x Holstein. Mum and babies were doing well

Dental checks are availiable with our large animal team. Horse Health Programme members have sedation included with their routine checks and float! Modern, effective equipment teamed with our skilled vets are making the dreaded dental alot more bearable :)

Our plasma collection days are filling up fast!! There is currently space on the 26th and 28th November all day and during the afternoon on the 29th November. Please contact the surgery if you wish to book in ASAP. Ideal candidates are vaccinated adult males and the plasma can be frozen for 4-5 years. Cost will be approximately £250 per animal but the more we do the better the cost (Courier to Coalville is very expensive from Wales!!!)
