I am an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist using Solution Focused Therapy to help people achieve positive change. Appointments are available in Cardiff, Penarth and Sully or via Skype for those further afield.

I specialise in anxiety and stress. In addition to my private practice, I also work with the Hospital Hypnotherapy Service at Cardiff’s University Hospital of Wales, helping patients (who are receiving treatment for cancer) with anxiety related issues.

I am registered with the ​CNHC, the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners, which means I am fully qualified and fully insured to practise hypnotherapy and adhere to a professional code of conduct. I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherpist with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (DHP), having studied at the prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol. I have also been awarded the Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD) by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
