Amazing service and a place to trust . My only concern was about the time of long process to pick up my newly purchased car, taken about 2 hours

Made appointment to view car, drove 60 miles to carshop to be told the car had been sold the day before!! Salesman said the car had been driven away by new owner!! It was parked behind him!! Then had phone call of them asking if were happy with service. Absolute rubbish no customer service not even a sorry will never use again

Popped in today to have a mooch at what would be mine and my partners next car to purchase. We were greeted by Jordan who sat us down and listened to what we wanted and came up with options. Didn't purchase a car today, however Jordan was patient and extremely kind. He wasn't pushy and he dealt with a very fussy customer (me) very well. Will definitely buy my next car from CarShop and will definitely go through Jordan. Thank you for taking the "car sales person" cliché away.

Then it collapses
Sold me a car with an mot ?
It failed an mot in March.
So they re did the mot and passed it
With out fixing the faults.
Surely that's completely illegal
Not according to them. Completely legal to put an mot on a car and not carry out the repairs that it previously failed on.
They got your money. Then your on your own
They tried to fix it . 5hrs later they can't
So need to take it to audi now
They did offer to have another go at it.
But do I really want people who can't mot a car
To take my lovely new car apart.
It might never be the same again.
So I won't risk it. They didn't ring to see why I didn't turn up. Because they don't care.

Massive choice of a really good cars in a a very good prices although when I was buying my car there I felt a bit forced to make up a decision. I felt as well pushed to pick an extra offers like a extended warranty or colour protection. Not sure if I will be back there to buy another car despite really good offers.
