As the first care provider charity in Wales to become a co-operative, we believe in community. We provide support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, older people, people with Autism and physical disabilities. We do that in a number of ways from providing 24-hour support within their own homes, to providing shorter, more focused support to assist with individual tasks or care needs.

We are non-profit and this means any surplus we make is put back into providing a quality service to the people we support.

Our dedicated staff and training development team offer an unrivalled training package, which allow you to access a range of accredited courses, including QCF qualifications, offered in house as part of your role with Cartrefi Cymru.
