SHAMBOLIC.... STAY WELL CLEAR!!! The most unprofessional housing association in the United Kingdom. Throughout the organisation there are a large number of unprofessional employees who are; judgmental, rude and extremely arrogant. Cartrefi Conwy choose to ignore the seriousness of issues with the properties and yet still advertise properties for let, being aware the properties aren't habitable to live in. A significant amount of properties are in extremely poor condition, however Cartrefi Conwy ignore the serious issues with the properties and advertise the properties to let on Right Move, etc... Shortly after signing the tenancy and moving in to the property we
began to experience a significant amount of ongoing issues with the property. The matter was never taken seriously or dealt with to rectify the issues at the property. I would advise anybody to stay clear from this Mickey Mouse housing association.

Staff disrespectful when come to property..complained and they have gone and done the same again.I wouldn't go there house and disrespect it or there stuff or property......
