Poor customer service, didn't accept things with no explanation and nothing wrong with the item - rude lady that made fun of me when I first got there and said I hadn't been before and didn't know how it worked. Didn't ask if I wanted to accept the offer (£1.50 for all my efforts). Would look into one of the other places (there's at least one more off of Newport Road)... I walked there with a black bin bag and she tore it completely apart so that I couldn't put my clothes back in that weren't accepted so I had to carry them home cradled in my arms. Very embarrassing and quite difficult to do without dropping everything in puddles.
