Stopped off to flog a tv after getting a bigger one. Price offered was more than fair but I did have to wait over an hour before I was handed cash. Not quite the "instant cash for your goods" I was expecting.

So aside from having to hang in the bay in the rain for an hour it wasn't too bad. Clean shop with lots of bargains too.

went in to put a ps3 on buyback, the staff were friendly and helpful and made it as easy as possible even gave a slight discount on some games bought from them afterwards, highly reccomended
