best place ever
Work in Conwy , live in Colwyn bay 1st time visiting the castle yesterday since moving here 16yrs ago. My husband & our 2 boys had a fab time and learning some history too .
Wonderful day out really enjoyed the castle and castle walls walk beautiful views and lovely quaint town of conwy.
We took our grandson for the first time he loved it ..we did the 'quest which was following clues and colouring a card to get him a badge. We are so lucky to have this castle in such fantastic form. It's a place I would recommend to visit not only for the castle but the amazing views that you can see from the walls and the turrets.
We loved Conwy castle. What a beautiful, impressive place and so much history. My husband and I are doing a road trip around Wales this summer and it was the first place we visited. Conwy the town also lovely. Really enjoyed our walk around the town walls. Beautiful and picturesque views.
Very nice place to visit nice walk about the castle and the shops and along the sea front and don't forget to visit the worlds smallest house
Very enjoyable time spent exploring the castle with my daughters (only negative is that because dogs aren't allowed in, my husband and our dog couldn't join us)
Such a romantic place, the best castle with stunning scenery and lots to do, shopping and eating out, love visiting here.
Really lovely place to visit.. lots to see amazing views of the town and the town walls. Friendly staff and overall a great day out. Definitely visit again when out little one is a bit older and walk around the town walls
Pretty little town. Worth a visit. National trust spot and crabbing on the quay. All in all a quaint place.
Love Conwy have a lovely time ... loads of lovely places to visit .. loads of lovely places to eat ... recommend the Watson 👍👍food was lovely 😊 xx
Last visited 5 years ago. Such a beautiful place Conwy. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Never changes. I won't leave it so long next time.
It is a long time since I visited with my sister Lorenzina in 2014 and I would like to visit again sometimes. Beautiful Castell Conwy and interesting History.
Absoutly spectacular! Worth price of admission! Loved being able to climb all the castle towers because the views were incredible.
A great place to explore. It really is a big castle, and it's impressive. There is lots of information dotted about the site about the history of the castle. We bought a guide book and we were very pleased with our purchase. The shop is good with a large selection of items. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Once you have visited the castle, you should walk the city walls. There's some fantastic views, but some very steep climbs too.
A great experience exploring Conwy Castle and Plas Mawr, very friendly staff. Such an informative experience, and a lovely little town.
Conwy is such a pretty town. The castle is well taken care of and there are lots of interesting little bits and pieces to do. The shop has some lovely things and the staff are courteous and helpful. There is only one thing I have to criticize. I am physically disabled and my son has ASD. We had free entrance which was lovely and I can't criticize for the fact I can't climb up to the walkways. However, the toilets are down some steep steps. There is a disabled toilet but you have to ask for a key at the till which is awkward and embarrassing.
Magnificent views but seriously marred by the army of foul mouthed workers shouting and swearing at each other
