Castle Hotel

Second stay at this lovely historic inn. Rooms are excellent and full of character, food is great and staff helpful.

Very helpful staff, clean & modern fixtures in a charming 1800’s setting. Every meal was superb and nicely presented. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe.

great food, friendly staff. Stayed on my own for a business trip and for a single lone female I found the room "spooky" a very old fashion with an eerie feel to the place.
Dark corridors and old creaky floor boards.

Very nice meal here. Even our nephew who is a chef was very impressed. Said he would like to work in a place like the Castle Hotel.

Had a great stay here last week for work. Really lovely room, very clean, cosy, beautifully decorated. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Also in an awesome location and great to explore Conwy from. I'll be back to spend more time next time, my only regret is only getting to spend just one night here.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend the Castle Hotel to any of my friends.

Very poor service at the Castle Hotel yesterday. I have stayed at this establishment before and had no previous complaints but yesterday was totally different. I called in for lunch with my son , we ordered the standard meals of fish and pie but had to wait for over half and hour to be served. At no point was i asked i would like another drink and had to watch the person on the next table feed his shaggy dog the leftovers of their meal. The salt cellar was empty and i asked it to be filled up but it never returned back to the table, obviously too much trouble. All in all very poor service and much needed training for the waiting on staff required.

Fantastic food, had 3 courses and every element was delicious. Well worth the treat and would certainly visit again.
