A very friendly and comfortable hotel. Thoroughly recommended. I have stayed many times and much prefer it to the Premier Inn near Conwy and other hotels in the area.

Our stay here was relaxing and the room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the linen was very clean. The view of the castle at night was spectacular especially when it's lit up. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is very central. The host was very accommodating and friendly. I give this 5 stars all round.

As always owners Jo and Henric made us very welcome, room very comfortable with great views of Conway and the river. We've already booked our next stay.
Stayed here many times and will be going back again later this year. Warm and very friendly B&B run by a really nice couple. The breakfast is both plentyful and excellent. Castle Bank is located just outside The Walls so its very convienient for Conwy and only a few minuites walk into town.
Great breakfasts! Excellent service. Historic Victorian building located just outside the city wall. Beautiful views of the castle and old city.
Wonderful place to stay.lovely couple running it. If they are serving food (non summertime they dont as its busy), eat there is great. Comfy clean and homely rooms. Will be back again
We stayed in the hotel as a last minute find and have booked to return again in a couple of weeks. The hospitality was second to none and the breakfast service equivalent to that of Michelin standard. What a great stay we had and lovely time!!
