CAT E& I Ltd has achieved "Accredited Profibus Company" status. We are also PI Certified Profibus System Designers, so we can now cover ALL aspects of Profibus, Profinet and Profisafe.

With over 35 years of experience at the front edge of industrial controls, I've been operating as CAT E& I Ltd since 1997. Started long ago with pneumatic (3 to 15psi) transmission, then evolved onto electronic (4 to 20mA) transmission and now onto serial (1's and 0's! ) transmission, by being a fully certified Profibus, Profinet & Profisafe Engineer. The Profi-technology provides tremendous diagnostic and maintenance information. Fully conversant with FDT /DTM & PDM /EDD technology to assist and speed up Profibus commissioning and production of documentation.
Equipment covered (but not restricted to) are Profibus instruments & networks (DP & PA), Profinet networks, stand-by generators (both sync & blackstarts), MCC's, pumps and motors and vsd's (with their inherrent "issues"), and conventional 4-20mA process instrumentation. Also FAT & SAT of package plant, plc's, SCADA and MCC's.
