Cats Protection Wrexham Adoption Centre

Hi everyone, just to let you know that we are open all over the Easter Weekend between the hours of 11am and 3pm. We have lots of lovely cats waiting for their purrfect new homes.
With it being Easter, why not treat your cat to a new bed, bowl or even an outdoor kennel at a fab price!!
We want to wish you all a Happy Easter from all the staff, Volunteers and Cats here at Wrexham Cats Protection.

A huge thankyou to Mari for taking the time to make these handmade blankets for our cats 💕 we think they are purrfect and they are just the right size to fit into a carrier so your new cat will feel cosy and safe on their way to their furrever homes! Or alternatively, these would be great for draping over the arms of your sofa for your feline friends to perch up high! Thank you again Mari for your kind donation, we are always so grateful to recieve donations at our adoption centre. Love and purrs from all the kitty-cats 🐈

Avril is a beautiful female now looking to find her fur-ever home.
We unfortunately don't know much about her past, but she is a friendly and affectionate girl.
Avril has lived with another cat before so with a nice slow introduction she could possibly live with another cat again but she is nervous of dogs. If you would like to meet this sweet girl please come to visit her.
... Avril cannot be homed to the LL13 area of Wrexham.

Some may say cats are like Liquorice Allsorts 🐈, a whole lot of variety in one bag....but just like the plain black liquorice sticks that inevitably get left to last, our black cats find themselves passed over time and time again ☹️🤷‍♀️. If you have space in your heart and home for one of our Liquorice Allsorts 🍬 come see us this weekend. We're open every day (except Thursday) 11:00 to 15:00, no appointment necessary 😁.

Lacey is a beautiful but timid cat who lacks confidence until she gets to know someone.
Lacey is struggling a bit in our care and she needs a new home where she can spend her days snoozing away in a nice sunny spot.
She needs a patient and understanding owner who will let her take her time to gain trust but once that trust is there you would be very rewarded with a fantastic companion.

Pete is a very loving kitten who just adores people and loves having a fuss and a cuddle. He also loves to play with his toys so he would enjoy lots of playtime. Pete would like a new home where he can explore the outside world but he is looking for a mature household and one where he is the only pet so he can have all the attention to himself.
If you are interested in Pete why not visit the centre on Friday when we open again at 11am 😍

we adopted bilbo today he seems to be settling in we left him to settle in while we went out came home he already claimed the bed :D

What a lovely place! SPOTLESSLY clean. all cats and kittens are cared for to the highest standard. such a shame so many cats needing homes, i could have come away with at least 3! they are doing an exellent job!

What a lovely place i dropped mu nans cat off today very friendly staff nice and clean and warm hopefully he will find a lovely home

We've just adopted our beautiful Tilly from here. The staff/volunteers are so friendly and accommodating. They've helped us every step of the way.

You can see that the cats are well loved and looked after. The staff have taken their time to get to know each cat, which means they can help guide you to the right cat for you. If you are thinking of adopting a cat or kitten, please consider adopting them from here. You won't be disappointed.

We love cats protection we rescued cat called gabby back in 2006 bless her she only had one eye straight away knew she was the one. Sadly we lost her a few years later but we rescued another cat back in January called Charlotte and she's the sweetest cat we've had since gabby. Would definitely recommend cats protection all them lovely cats need loving homes...

We have just adopted the lovely Bobtail, he is a very friendly gentleman kitty. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend to others seeking a cat. Thank you for all your help, pictures of Bobtail settling in will be posted soon :)

We adopted Batman now Ronnie, thank you to the staff for their advice and for helping us to choose the perfect cat. All the cats are so well looked after while in your care. Ronnie is such a loveable and playful boy that has settled in so well � �

The best place to adopt a cat! We adopted 8 year old Lily a few weeks ago and she is the sweetest natured cat I have ever known! The fact she was fostered by a member of staff as a kitten only attests to the excellent level of care they receive here. A good job was done matching us with the right cat & you can tell that they genuinely care for all their cats. Great place :)

Thank you for our beautiful Amber (Chas) she was looked so well which has helped her to settle into her forever home. You do such an amazing job. Xxxx

Our lovely boys Orlando and Oliver came from this adoption centre. We hadn't adopted before and I was a bit nervous as to what would be involved, but the staff supported us and answered my endless questions. Now we are the proud parents of two beautiful cats who have settled so well with our two existing cats and one old dog - they are integrating into one family and it brings us so much joy. This centre does such wonderful work for the cats of the area and deserves all the help we can give it.

Ive just adopted eloise shes 20 and eats like a horse. All the staff at the centre were very helpful.

I think Milkshake will do well here.She has formed a bond.While she is under the coffee table at the moment,still abit timid,it is her first night after all.Thanks for your advice and help.Hope Catlina finds a home,mine just didnt give her the right "vibes"

Hi I don't know how to contact u other than on here. I have persil tablets and a large box of washing powder I trying to sell on. I am fussy with fragrances and I don't like them. I put on Wrexham for sale site and someone said that u was asking for washing stuff. Only used one scoop out the one and one tablet out the other looking for 4 each for them xx

Got my gorgeous little black kitten from here a couple months ago now and have loved every minute with her since! Staff are friendly, know their stuff and do a great job. Would volunteer here myself if I could spare the time and would recommend here if you're looking for a cat.
