Went for the first time today and I’m so happy with the result my hair was a mess and they’ve made it look so nice and such lovely people in there can’t thank them enough! Will be returning definitely! Xx

Have been coming here for at least 5 years! Starting with my hair and bridesmaids on my wedding day... Fixing numerous personal hair disasters through to preventing hair disasters! A fantastic bunch of girls who always make you feel welcome!! Thank you I have never stuck with the same hairdressers for this long so your doing something right. Best of luck with the move xx

Worst hairdresser experience of my life!! No option to give zero or minus rating...

Not normally one to give bad reviews or complain but feel it necessary to warn people especially if you already have a sensitive scalp (I don’t but still too painful)

The start of the experience was a vigorous hair wash, which personally I didn’t mind too much. I don’t have a sensitive scalp and quite like a vigorous hair wash! BUT....

Later left there with an excruciatingly painful scalp. This was due the lady saying she had to ‘pull hard to pull the curl out of my hair’!!! Never heard of anything so ridiculous!

Yes I have naturally curly hair but never before has anyone dried my hair by ripping their hands through so roughly and actually yanking at my hair clump by clump in their hand so that my scalp was on fire and had a headache from hell!! I was half expecting to wake up the next day with no hair left on my head...it really was that bad and that painful! Due to having curly hair I don’t have a very sensitive scalp and have obviously had hair dried in salons many times but never have I left in pain let alone pain that lasted nearly a week!!

The same treatment for my 16 year old daughter who has waist length straight hair but still had it yanked at to the point of tears!!

I am totally shocked from this experience. Spoke with the manager who seemed lovely and apologised. She offered a complimentary haircut for us but I had to decline as my daughter and I will never step foot in there again (except to see Sarah at Luna nails upstairs because she is amazing!)

In all the hair salon experience can only be described as TORTUROUS!!
