The food was lovely and the service was very good - my only complaint is that we ate in the bar and we did have to wait a little while longer for our fair than I would have expected. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait!
We had an amazing stay at Cawdor. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The food here is also wonderful and there is ample free parking around the back of the hotel. An overwhelmingly positive experience.

I really enjoy going to the Cawdor. Everything is right. Great home made good and quick service even in busy times. Quality ingredients and skilled chef and team really make eating here a fabulous experience.
Called in for lunch during the week with my wife and 2 young kids. Excellent choice of food available including the kids menu. Food was fab and portions were generous, I had probably the nicest toasted sandwich I've ever had. The bar/lounge area is spacious and well presented. I would definitely return and highly recommend the Cawdors for lunch in Llandeilo.
Lovely atmosphere, great food with large portions. The room I stayed in was spacious modern and well looked after. We were here for the weekend for a wedding held at the Chowdor.
Beautiful rooms, there was a function on so the restaurant was closed, but breakfast was excellent.
The bar food is good as is the service. Seating area a little tired.
Stopped here for a quick sandwich and a coffee on a cold March day. It didn't disapoint the ingredients were all really fresh and full of flavour, excellent atmosphere for a quick lunch.
