Test drive car not ready for a 10am booking. "Salesman" seemed less than what you could least expect. He wanted to cement any deal before any test drive. Poor. Wasted my time, car was not ready, attitude was flip. Should stick to sweeping the showroom I suppose!
EDIT; young chap named Jo answered my initial phone call. He is a credit to your company. 5 stars for him.

I had a minor issue with the used car that I bought from Cawdor, I contacted them and took it back on a Saturday morning. It was all sorted out very quickly and without any fuss. Joe even made me a coffee while I waited.
