About Cefn Coed Cottages
We have three self catering cottages located on the Lleyn Peninsula coastline, which boasts sweeping views of the Snowdonia mountains and Cardigan Bay.

We aim to provide a great rural holiday retreat for all. With it's central location to coast, mountains and countryside; Cefn Coed Cottages offers a place of relaxation and a great location to enjoy the very best of what the stunning Lleyn Peninsula and the rest of North Wales has to offer.
Approached via a quiet, yet popular public footpath and with it's own private drive approx 500 metres from the main road, Cefn Coed Cottages offer three self-catering stone-built holiday accommodation that sleep up to 16 people (Sgubor 6 people; Beudy 6 people and Cegin Foch which sleeps 4 people).

The most gorgeous cottage weвҖҷve ever stayed in and the views across the fields to the sea are breathtaking. Our 6 bed cottage had just been refurbished and was beautiful. The owners have such great taste from the mood lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms to the lovely furniture. The only downside is we couldnвҖҷt stay longer! A safe play area if you have children, your own garden plus communal garden if you have a dog. Near to all the landmarks so a perfect base. The owners a lovely people who canвҖҷt do enough for you ... even booking us a table for dinner in a nearby Pub that took dogs, where the locals were so friendly. CanвҖҷt recommend enough, miss it miss out. We will be back. x

Stunning location with truly amazing views over Cardigan bay. Y Sgubor is the biggest cottage with room for 6 and a lovely garden.
Very handy for exploring the whole peninsula. Food was amazing at Tafarn y Plu ( the feathers) in Llanystumdwy, well worth a visit!!
Stayed last night - a group of 7 of us - for my brother's 21st birthday. Sioned decorated the cottage with balloons and banners, and Arwel welcomed us on arrival. The cottages were clean, cosy and comfortable. Fantastic views from "Sgubor" cottage! Will definitely be coming back. Diolch пҝҪ xxx
Stayed in Beudy, 5 adults though beds for six, took three dogs, ample room, everything you may need was provided for, secure garden for the hounds too. Great view of the bay from the front window. Had a lovely long weekend, great weather always a plus, cottage situated within easy reach of many dog friendly beaches and places of interest. The hosts on hand if needed and very helpful. I would highly recommend this holiday venue and we shall certainly be going back.
Stayed here twice now in 2 out of the 3 cottages and just booked to come back again. The cottages are very well equipped, cosy and quaintly decorated. Spotlessly clean! Owners are very prompt with communication before hand and so friendly.
Brilliant enclosed communal garden for little ones and dogs welcome for a small charge. Love Cefn Coed cottages and would recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Spent an amazing week at Cegin Foch. Cosy yet big enough to get some peace and quiet when needed. Comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. My kids and dog loved every minute and it was a perfect base for a 'scifi' weekend and then a few extra days. We loved walking in the woods. Talking to the sheep through the window and counting the stars at night. My youngest cried at the thought of leaving and was tempted at staying with 'kind sir'(Arwel)
Definate booking for years to come.

Spent a week here with my family in October and it was great. Cosy cottage woth everything you could possibly need. Lovely grounds and communal area which included a small park for little ones! Great location - close to many local attractions. The hosts were very welcoming and would do anything for you. Will definitely go again!
My partner, daughter, dog and I stayed for five nights. We were so pleasantly surprised at the newly added hot tub, what a treat at the end of a busy memory making day. Wales is truly beautiful. The cottage was perfect for our needs, clean, traditional with light airy decor and cosy for a love island fix. Arwel and sioned were the perfect hosts, leaving us to enjoy our holiday but always welcoming, friendly and helpful when we needed them. Thank you for all your hard work, it shows in the time we spent here.
We feel like we have found a whole new place to discover with Cegin Foch cottage as our base. We hope we can come back soon.
My partner and I stayed in the Sgubor cottage for a couple of nights get away and are so very glad we did.
The cottage is stunning throughout, having been recently refurbished, with everything you could want during a stay including smart TVs and a decent shower. We were also lucky enough to be able to use the new hot tub, which was a huge plus.
Sioned was lovely and helpful from the moment we arrived and even recommended a great local pub for a bite to eat.
Definitely recommend others to pay a visit, and we will undoubtedly be back.

Just had a 2 night stay with family (5 adults in total plus a dog!) and absolutely loved the cottage and location. Plenty of space, everything you need and fabulous hosts. Highly recommended.
Just back home after a fantastic few days in the Llyn Peninsula staying at Cefn Coed Cottages. Gorgeous gorgeous setting, huge comfy house, close to beautiful coast - went swimming! - as well as castles and culture galore.
Had an amazing time with the family in the beautiful Cegin Foch cottage, wonderful views, peaceful and relaxing, lovely walks just outside the front door and so many great things to do within less than an hours drive! I couldn't rate this any higher it was perfect and run by the friendliest of folk! Thank you
