An excellent pharmacy which really goes the extra mile for customers. Literally. You can arrange door to door delivery of repeat prescriptions. It’s a good place to get expert advice on medicines, which might even save you a trip to the GP. They seem to be more efficient than many other pharmacies, because you don’t seem to spend long waiting for prescriptions.

Don't buy your nicotine replacement drugs from here. Their prices are very expensive and seem to vary on a whim.
I bought a Nicorette spray from them 2 days ago and it cost £18.99, today the price has jumped to £20.49.
Not the first time this has happened during the past few months, but considering that I can buy a pack of two of the same product for £27.00 in Tesco's, then in makes me wonder how Shepard's are pricing these already ridiculously priced products.

Excellent service

Having to use the pharmacy often can be a pain. Endless waiting around, people coughing and spluttering everywhere, and to not enough room. This pharmacy may not be big but it definitely has pace and efficiency. We have used 6 different pharmacies over the past 5 years and this is the best in Bridgend. It services the community well.

Not nice to work for bully
