Wow what an amazing lady Carol is, from the moment me and my dad walked in to the beautifully laid out shop, she made the whole experience magical. I was breast feeding my 8 week old baby and she gladly accomadated for this, allowing me to feed when needed.she made us feel like there was no limit to her time and offered advice when needed. This type of experience was not reflected in the other two bridal shops that we went into. I would not recommended any other shop and her service and attention to detail was first class.



Since that day I have to postpone my wedding for a year. When I rang up to explain to Celtic Brides, I was greated by such understanding and care. What could of been quite a difficult situation trying on dresses with a 8 week old baby and flabby tummy and having to postpone our wedding. Was dealt with in such a way that I just can't thank her enough as she has Made the whole experience beautiful and happy.

This bridle shop is one in a million both lady's were fantastic really helpful and kind made my whole family feel special would recommend this shop very highly. As a bigger lady they both made me very special and wonderfull about myself. I visited quite a few places before I visited Celtic Brides and I honestly wish I hadn't bothered with the others!! I can't thank Celtic Brides enough.



Not only do you have the entire shop to yourself (which a lot of places don't) but you are given their undivided attention. Both ladies I dealt with were honest and so helpful within an hour of being in the shop I had purchased both my dress and all the bits and bobs to go with it !!



The shop has hundreds of dresses of all different types, some other stores I visited had plenty of dresses but they were all similar and I wanted something very different.



You don't have to pay for an appointment on a Saturday (like some other stores in Cardiff). You don't have to look as another bride tries on the same dress as you or something similar (like a lot of another stores in Cardiff!) And finally the girls make sure when you go in you try things on you never thought you'd like and before you know it, you've said yes to the dress!!

I really can't thank you enough for making finding my wedding dress so easy. I only visited your shop and did not need to shop around. You have so many amazing dresses. Having the shop for an hour made it even more special. Nothing was to much trouble the service was exceptional. I absolutely love my dress and can't thank you all enough. I will

I found my dress in Celtic brides a few months ago and finally got to wear it on the super sunny August bank holiday. I truly loved the dress! Celtic brides was the first bridal shop I visited, and i was a very clueless bride! I didn't know what style dress to choose nor what accessories (if any) I wanted. After askinh a few questions about my likes and dislikes he very helpful and friendly staff at Celtic brides helped me to make the perfect choice of dress and convinced me that a cathedral veil would suite my style ... and it really Did! Had an amazing experience in Celtic Brides today. Myself and my daughter had been to three other shops prior to this, with no joy after trying on around 50 dresses. Arriving at Celtic Brides it was clear that we were receiving a personal one to one appointment. We were the only customers in there so had the full attention of both ladies in the shop. They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble, they were not only taking great care of my daughter, but myself as well. I went to my appointment today with one of my bridesmaids' and a family friend.

Upon arrival we were slightly early and the young girl was just opening the shop. My appointment was at 11am.

When we got into the shop the lady ( I believe her name was Nicola) seemed pleasant. But when it came to trying dresses on she came across as quite pushy..she didn't seem to like me looking through all the dresses and I felt like I couldn't look freely around the shop.

When I did try on one of the dresses I actually quite liked things were ok.

I asked what price it was and she said she was unable to tell me as it was 'new', which I found very odd.

Overall although some of the dresses are beautiful, from my experience I was very disappointed in the service provided. I left the shop feeling deflated instead of excited. And I do believe that was down to the fact that the lady made me feel I couldn't look around properly.

I had the worst experience here the lady not only kept giving me the style i didnt want as if she didnt listen and just did what she thought as she told me the style i wanted they didnt have any in my size (size 14) then after trying some on she then told me we havent got any dresses for you. Made me feel awful and my wedding dress experience was ruined so went to wed2b and they were wonderful would not recommend this shop at all
