Although we no longer run the cafe in spoon me, we are still offering meals on wheels to older persons, or those who are unable to get out much but would like a hot meal delivered to them. If you or a family member are interested contact us to check out our availability.

Due to other commitments we have decided that Spoon Me will now only be offering our venue for events and the organisation of Meals on Wheels in Milford Haven, Hakin and Neyland.
