Celtic Crust

We had an enjoyable time one afternoon last week learning about seaweed thanks to Wild Pickings - Foraged Foods! We headed down to Goowick on a super low tide and foraged along the rocks. Now to add some ideas with foraged Pembrokeshire seaweed onto our pizzas!

Testing out some Honestly Tasty Veganzola...Sooo good, proper blue cheese flavour! Tried it with a classic combination of some charred broccoli 👌

We got all sorts of cheesy goodies from La Fauxmagerie to try out!

Here's some from my home lunch menu 😅 • Butternut squash soup with smokey fried beans and roasted seeds. • First attempt at @schoolnightvegan celeriac 'pastrami cold cut sandwich with homemade sauerkraut. Delicious! And looking forward to trying some different flavours with it.... • Sticky date and ginger cake with candied walnuts and caramel sauce. @ Celtic Crust

One for chilly nights in - thyme potatoes, squash, caramelized red onion, Richmond vegan sausage and pine nuts.

Who likes pickled chillies? • We reckon we could finish a whole jar with a pizza! A great combination to cut through our seitan chorizo 🌶

Had a go at some carrot lox...and of course put it on a pizza. Wolfgang Puck style...not quite but we can hope!
