Lovely hotel. Spacious clean room & bathroom. Food is good with plenty of choice. The young staff are helpful, enthusiastic & cheerful. I went as part of a coach party & did not hear any complaints
Good location, parking, access to town, castle and major roads. Breakfast was good enough but v busy when i was there. Rooms were ordinary though good enough. Would have liked to have had complimentary water in the room.
Stayed in the Celtic Royal Hotel last weekend 20-22nd October 2017. Nice size room, found the bed a little hard for my liking. Found the food excellent, also nice choice at breakfast. I will return again 👍
Lovely Hotel not stayed here for years. When I stayed it was grand, but do use leisure facilities here. Pool , steam room and gym are excellent and the sauna especially so , I've never visited when its not up to temperature
Fantastic facilities, comfortable bed, pool and location for getting around. Town and Castle are a few minutes walk. Recommend The Black Boy inn for a great meal out with good portions.
Good overall hotel. Even though you can hear people walking upstairs at night and the room is not that well sound proof. Overall comfortable stay.
Lovely hotel..good value...a little bit dissapointing at the bar that the shutters went down at 11 sharp..even though they had 20 eager guests wanting to relax
Great Christmas party. Lovely clean rooms at a reasonable price. Gym and spa included as was a very good breakfast
The hotel is well located for a visit to Caernarfon. The public rooms are well appointed so you do get a chance to relax. Only issue I've had were several guests from a wedding party who were being rather roudy in the bar. This led to a complaint from a couple eating there. Eventually the noisy (and drunk) people leff after being asked by a member of staff. The bedroom was large and comfortable but all the light switches (including the bathroom light) were by the door and difficult to access as the wardrobe partially covered them. Not good for a nighttime bathroom visit. The bathroom fan also ran for 15 minutes after use. Overall, the hotel was well worth a visit.
