We needed a local vet in an emergency (our terrier had found something unsavoury to eat in the garden, which at the time we thought could be poison) after only having moved to the area a few days before. We found Celyn Holywell from a google search and were so pleased with the treatment and friendly practice that we immediatley registered all of our three dogs with them

The most caring animal lovers you could find to look after all of your pets needs. I use celyn vets In Holywell for my two dogs they are given the highest quality of care the vetinary doctors are very knowledgeable along with the nurses reception staff and everyone else there. I wouldn't want any one else looking after my boys they are to the point they don't try to continually take money and are always on hand to offer advice and help.

9 year old staff with an ulcerated eye.

Staff were very friendly and every treatment and outcome was thoroughly explained prior to action. Her eye has now healed with minimal scarring, which we are delighted with after a failed operation with another vet who wanted to remove her eye as a result.

Have used Celyn Vet Group for many years with different dogs and cats
and have always found them to be very good - very patient, they explain things fully and are excellent with my pets, one of whom is very stroppy!!
Also, very sympathetic and caring when we had to make the awful final visit.

Linda is a lovely, caring and thoroughly professional vet. After a very bad experience with another vet which resulted in the death of my beautiful cat, Celyn's was recommended to me and now I wouldn't trust anyone else with my precious pets.
I have found that I am not spoken down to and with respect. All the members of the Holywell team listen to what you are saying and can then give the best advice. I can't praise them enough.

With a staffy who gets stressed even more than normal, sitting in the waiting room and a JRT that loves to visit but scares our staffy, Linda is great at getting both dogs checked and back out of the treatment room without any problems. I'm sure the people in there now know how crazy our visits can be, but we work so well together. Long may our visits continue. I will add that I have never felt I have been pushed into or "advised" to have any treatments. We have discussions and decide on our own. Highly recommend the practice, glad we found you when we moved here.
