The shop is great bar from rock music really loud all the time and out side in the street there's druggies and drug using right outside the door and it's the same all over the town and no one is doing anything about it???

Bigger stores are better than their smaller ones, like in Rhyl for example. More choice.

Good location from centre of town.

Always has a pretty good range of stock from horror dvds to children's dvds, blu ray disks, Xbox games all makes, ps games all makes, psp, Nintendo, mobile phones, games consoles, tablets, headphones and more.

Recently I have noticed some prices on certain games have sneaked up a little bit but still a bit cheaper than some competitors.

Staff are pretty knowledgeable and friendly, but they do not do refunds on goods purchased after 48hours of sale, they will offer a in store voucher though, also the music is always played to loud, could do with quietening down a little,

But otherwise its a good shop.

Good customer service but products are often faulty they will always swap them though.

Always find something that I need when I visit the store and staff helpful too
