AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! RUBBISH STAFF, NEVER ANSWER AND THEY ALWAYS FOB YOU OFF! PROBLEMS NEVER FIXED EITHER. HONESTLY.. LIVE IN A BOX OUTSIDE IT'S BETTER THAN THEIR AGENCY!!

I wouldn't even give 1 star to CP.
Me and another tennant had complained about a mould problem in October at the start of the year, where it got so bad it forced my housemate out of her room. She was roomless for about a month before Charles Perrett actually did anything about it. This was only because we had to contact the landlord directly (after Charles Perrett refused to give us our own landlords phone number) and apparently he had known nothing about it, meaning CP didn't get in touch with our landlord about the mould in his house. The landlord was angry, and so were we, about the lack of organisation by this agency.

To make it worse, we were positioned next door to a family which one of the members was living there illegally. Therefore, we had imigrations officers banging on our front door at 5am a couple of times, coming through our house and out the back (which was not what we needed around exam time).

When moving out of the property at the end of the academic year, they wanted to take the majority of our deposits as we left the house in a 'filthy' state (which we didn't). They provided a list of "damages" to us and how much of our own deposit they were taking for themselves. When asked to provide receipts for the "damages" they stalled on the phone, ignored emails, and even threatened us with legal action. They did not (could not) provide receipts for these "damages" and ended up taking half of all the tennant's deposits.

They are an unorganised, unsympathetic money-grabbing agency, and would urge any student in Swansea - do not rent a house with Charles Perrett.

You need to call them if you want stuff done quickly, dont wait for them to call you back. Friendly staff tho

As a student who was in need of a house for 4 mates, Charles Perrett Property found me the perfect home almost within days of my enquiry. Within the next week we had sorted out to meet with an employee and view the house. Everything else was smooth sailing and now I have found my property thanks to them. Would recommend to any future students and just normal house buyers to contact them!
