This is a really good exercise to include in your push days. You can do this standing up, or if you want to take the momentum out then kneel down or sit on the floor. I went on my knees today as I’m in a strength period, so I wanted to be able to use more weight than I could sitting down while still taking some momentum out.

3 of my favorite ways for controlling your diet while still enjoying the Christmas period: 1. Start eating later in the day. If you have breakfast at 7am and lunch 6 hours later, you are likely to snack between. Try to reduce time between meals so you don't feel hungry between.
2. One large glass of red wine has about 200 calories. Drinking calories is much easier than eating them so try to keep track of your alchohol intake!
... 3. Remember it isn't all or nothing. Just because you have already eaten 3 Cadbury's Heroes doesn't mean your nutrition for the day is ruined. Stick to a couple and don't binge eat more.
