Bespoke baking for treats and occasions.

I specialise in indulgent baking with a personal touch. Clients are able to request baking from simple desserts to bespoke cakes lovingly decorated for special occasions.

I believe that using good quality ingredients is essential, which is why, for example, I only use real butter, free-range eggs, and 70% cocoa chocolate. Should you have any dietary restrictions, I can work on adapting recipes to suit specific needs or intolerances. I am usually able to convert most recipes to gluten free. I also take pride in offering baby-friendly recipes that are lower in sugar and have reduced salt contents.

Orders: Ideally two week's notice is required if you would like to place an order for a decorated cake. Other orders can be achieved on less notice. If you wish to order or make an enquiry please do not hesitate to message me.
