Small loft in Blacon complete and passed by building control. One extra bedroom, eave cupboards ,landing and staircase.
Hip to gable conversion completed in Hoole. Total re-roof. Extra bedroom and en suite . Juliette balcony. Between 35k and 40k everything included depending on specification .

Two bedroomed loft conversion in Eastam now completed. New staircase and new oak fire doors throughout.
Hip to gable conversion re-roof in Sandon Rd ,Newton . Customer wants to finish it off at a later date. On to the next one 👍.
