My meal deal was delivered with no fries I rang to ask about it and a rude woman dident care and I asked to talk to manager and was told he doesn't want to talk to me and they hung up on me disgusting staff working there.

Food 30 mins late and really cold absolute piss take considring your prices!!

I phoned chicken land a few weeks ago and made a complaint because the food turned up and was cold , late and like rubber . Now I made a order that cost me around £30+ so I would have liked food that was at least warm. So I phoned bk to complain about the food only to be met by a lady on the phone who did not care and was also really rude . I have spent £100s of pounds over the year's ordering from here . I rang up tonight to make a order only to find I have been black listed because I made a complaint. Again the lady on the telephone was rude and uncooperative. . I I'm very disappointed with the treatment and hope that anyone that reads this will plz think twice before ordering , as it is quite obvious they don't care what shape it food turns up in , as long as they get payed

Order off just eat had to pay by card then added 20 mins onto a hour delivery time then food never turnned up but money gone out bank will not be ordering ever again

Quick delivery but chicken was pink and my son has bit into a bone wont be having food from ya agin

Food was really nice plus it was nice and hot when it got delivered to me and my partner. Quick delivery as well and food was well cooked.

Food was not fit to eat. Rang up to complain got a load of cheek. Taking this matter to Environmental Health & Trading Standards.
