I’ve had a bad back for 20 years and thought I had tried everything for it. A friend said I should try acupuncture so I recently contacted Dr Xie. After session 1 I felt fantastic and was able to get out of bed in the morning without a struggle. I’ve now finished after having 8 sessions and feel amazing. I can’t recommend this gentleman enough. It was my honor to be one of his students at the Shulan College Student Clinic of TCM in Manchester from Sept. 2016- Sept. 2017. His medical skills are appreciated by tons of patients.

As one of his students, I would like to show my appreciation about his teaching skills. During my study at Shulan College Student Clinic under his supervision, he showed his patience and knowledge to guide us, especially mature students like us who always asked a lot of questions, and at the same time, he had to deal with patients. He always kept a smile face with a calm attitude to deal with all questions from the students (trainees) and to treat the patients at the same time. Surprisingly he never showed his tiredness and he always was full of energy. Oh, maybe he never feels tired because his Martial Arts practice to give him the energy (Qi) from the universe. Smiles!

At college, some students lost their confidence at times; however, Dr. Xie always encouraged and motivated us to continue our study without giving up. During the treatment session, he gave students a clear idea about a teamwork relationship and a proper planning to treat real cases and real people; meanwhile, he let students to get involved into the treatment plan. After the treatment, he would compare the practical side and theoretical side of knowledge in order to make sure that the students completely understood the case study.

Through his professional teaching, the students always understood the clinical skill better. Besides that, he specially guided us how to systemize our study and tried to give us new concept of learning skills in order to help us to go through the hardship of our TCM study. During the break time, he always guided us to play Tai Chi in the garden. He always reminded us of being a medical practitioner that we had to know how to use the energy from the universe to protect ourselves and maintain our strength in order to be able to help more patients in the near future.
At the end of Sept in 2017, I completed my acupuncture training and successfully gained my diploma of being a certified acupuncturist. I have been treating patients by using the clinical skills which he taught us. The result is incredibly brilliant. Smiles!

After a bad twist, I have had a painful ankle for about 15 years. It is now arthritic and I'm unable to walk barefoot, or wear flat heeled shoes. I have had physiotherapy/acupuncture by UK trained practitioners with no results.
I decided to try CHINESE acupuncture and consulted Dr Xie, who trained and qualified in China. As I have had this problem for so long, Dr Xie recommended a course of 7 treatments. I have now had 5 treatments and already feel the benefits. Since my last treatment I have been able to wear flat heeled shoes and even walk barefoot with no pain.
I no longer have to take pain killers before walking the dogs - even take them barefoot on the beach - happy dogs.
I can thoroughly recommend Dr Xie - brilliant.

I've used traditional Chinese medicine in the past so I know how effective it is for skin conditions. When I had a bad episode of eczema I looked up the Chinese Doctor in Llandudno and went along for treatment. There was significant improvement after just two treatments and it is clearing up well as I continue with weekly acupuncture and herbs. Dr Xie is very professional and experienced and good at explaining the individualised nature of the treatment for your specific needs. Highly recommended.

Yuhong is one of the best Acupuncturists in the UK. Ive been treated by many who are highly rated within TCM and by those who treat celebrities etc over the last 15 years and I feel very fortunate to have met Yuhong. His recent treatment (just one of many i've had from him) worked for my neck/shoulder pain in one session and I slept so well afterwards.
What is awesome about Yuhong is that he is a QiGong/Taiji master too (he teaches all over the world) and he can literally use 'Qi' to enhance each treatment. This is very rare within TCM today and you have to experience it to understand the difference it makes. Its amazing. He is so humble and absolute gold. I highly recommend him. Dr Yuhong is absolutely amazing. I had two treatments for pain with Dr Yuhong and each time he only used one needle. After two treatments I was 100% better. I would recommend Dr Yuhong to all.

I have always suffered with bad period pain and heavy bleeding. I have completed one course of herbal medicine from Chinese Doctor and I'm just beginning another. With his help my pain and general discomfort in my abdomen area has greatly improved, I have more energy and I feel my overall health is much better. Very friendly, approachable and personal.

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder in the gym. After which I was unable to move and in a lot of pain. It hurt when I coughed and laughed and hadn't been getting any better in over a couple of weeks. I saw Dr Yuhong who did a session on me using Tuina massage. I was able to keep fully clothed through out the treatment and he pressed certain points along my back and shoulder. I found the treatment to be relaxing and after felt somewhat better straight away. The following morning when I woke up the pain was gone completely and I felt great. I was delighted with the treatment and would definitely recommend him.
