Chips Ahoy

Best fish and chips on Gower and always served with a friendly smile!

Fairly standard fish and chips but it was tasty and was surprisingly quick service considering how busy it was.

Lovely Chips, Delicious Fish, all at good prices, with good portions size to boot!

That roughly enjoyed, and worth the short trip from out campsite!!

The owners don't seem to be very good at running a fish and chip shop! After waiting 20 minutes to place my order, I then had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be served. And then they had run out of battered sausages - and couldn't, for some reason, cook any more, even though they had normal sausages.
The fish tasted nice though.

Food was lovely, chips were good and the batter on the fish was crispy :) and the fish was not massive but it was nice and chunky

Give a vegetarian a normal rissole instead of cheese and onion one and also only had 2 of the 6 veggie options available ... chips not cooked properly ! Will not be returning will drive on an extra 5 mins to port eynon

Excellent fish and chips batter to die for just wish they'd adjust opening hours to later as a 7.30 close limits the time you have to set up after arrival . Just open at 2 and shut at 9 instead of 12-7.30. Otherwise 5 *

Good food

Frustrating that you can't have fish and chips throughout the winter. They close at the end of August and if your lucky they may be open at the weekends for a few extra weeks. There are still holiday makers and local people around all year!
Sometimes the food isn't thoroughly cooked so the batter can be mushy. You feel like a huge conveyor belt and no care is being taken for the end product!
Parking can be a pain but next to the shop is the Monksland and there is ample parking there
