disgusting company!! driver went into my car last night and left a huge dent and broken my bonet and drove off!! unluckily for him the lady he dropped off left a letter on my car of proof! then i got the info from chows taxi that a car was in my area at that time .. now telling me all these different excuses and lies .. now police are involved .. absolute scumbags .. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by your driver last night who was driving like a complete maniac in his blue Toyota avensis. He smelt like he hadn't had a shower in weeks and the car stank of cigarettes. Putting to 1 side that he was 30mins late the attitude on the driver was shocking. No apology and a normal £4 journey had cost us £6. We will never use this unreliable and stinking taxi company again. O star

By far the worst taxi firm within Newport. Hardly ever any drivers available and if they were, they were guaranteed to be late! Always had me late for work for my early starts. Don't waste your time - avoid like the plague!! Better off with Dragon, Town, Capital or anyone else

Excellent professional service. Not only are they the most competitively priced local firm but their friendly staff will go the extra mile to help you, my mother lost her keys and they helped us retrieve them. Reliable, punctual nice clean vehicles. 10/10

Great taxis, always pick up on time, drivers are always friendly and happy to help you unloading prams etc unlike other company's I've used in the area that watch you struggle. Wouldn't use any other taxi firm now
