Swedish Massage
The most commonly known form of massage and will be tailored to suit your needs- from gentle, slow and relaxing to vigorous and uplifting. If you want deeper work and can tolerate more pressure, even momentary discomfort, to get relief from muscle pain, it's better to book a deep tissue massage, different oils will also be used to penetrate deeper into the muscles.

Aromatherapy Massage
After a thorough consultation, essential oils will be chosen to suit your specific needs, aiming to combine the physiological, psychological and spiritual processes to enhance your innate healing process.

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is a seated treatment in which you remain fully clothed. It works the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face to help alleviate stress and tension, leaving you feeling light and refreshed.

Hot Stone Therapy
Heated basalt stones are used to massage the body. The heat of the stones and fluid movements is not only intensely relaxing but also penetrates much deeper into the muscles than a manual massage helping to relieve knots and tensions deep below the skin.

Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the belief that the feet mirror the body, and working different areas of the feet can aid in relieving things like back pain, headaches, digestive disorders and stress. It is a very relaxing treatment where pressure is applied to the feet using thumb, finger and hand techniques. The treatment starts and finishes with a warm foot cleanse using essential oils to suit your needs. Lay back and unwind as your body naturally restores itself to a healthy balance.

Expert facial massage techniques are combined with aromatherapy based products to suit your skins needs. All facial skin care products contain natural ingredients and no synthetics, naturally rejuvenating your skin. Relax with a scalp and hand and arm massage while the products sink in. Choose from:
