Chunky Monkeys Day Nursery

My sons first day today and I think the place and staff are fantastic very helpful and kept me informed

My son started in chunky monkeys at 11 months old, I can not reccomend the nursery enough.



I’ve seen him grow and progress so much over the past 6 months.



He’s always coming home showing the new things he’s learnt and interacting a lot more.



Chunkys accommodate my son and I whenever I need to change a day.



The care they provide for him is second to none. I would not want him to go to any other nursery except for this one!



Keep up the amazing work everyone at chunkys!

My son has been going to Chunky Monkey’s for nearly two years.

From the beginning the staff have been so welcoming, flexible and nurturing.

I cannot thank the staff enough for how much my son has progressed developmentally with the help of them �

I would recommend this nursery time and time again.

My son has been coming to Chunky Monkeys since he was roughly 10 months old, he has just turned 2 and he loves the nursery. He started in the baby room (Hippo room) and the team in there were great and very attentive and always ensuring the babies were stimulated with lots of different activities - they definitely made it much easier for me leaving my son to go back to work and were always keeping me up to date with how he was which was reassuring.



He has just moved up from Giraffe room where the girls have all been brilliant, he was always so excited to see them every morning so I know he has been happy there and it's clear to see how much they have helped with his learning, development and social skills - I can't thank them enough for his time with them and I know that he'll enjoy the next room up just as much too.



All the staff I have encountered are very friendly and we always get a warm welcome when we arrive. They have been great with any questions or requirements we've had so far. My son is always kept busy with the many activities they do and spends a lot of time playing outdoors when weather permits which is great. He always brings home paintings and other bits of arts and crafts and am always informed of what they have done that day and what he has eaten. I would definitely recommend Chunky Monkeys for those looking for a nursery for their child.

My little boy has been attending Chunky Monkeys since he was 6 months old; he will be 2 years old this month. The nursery couldn’t be more accommodating! My little one has allergies and they go above and beyond to make sure he is included in everything from cake making and new food tasting. The staff take a real interest in what he has been up to outside of nursery and are so enthusiastic about what he has achieved in nursery. My little boy runs into class each morning to smiles and hugs from everyone and always has a smile on his face when I pick him up. They do so many fantastic structured activities as well as giving him time to play and discover for himself which is clear from the photos that are sent in the day, artwork that comes home and the detailed diary that is kept.

My daughter started here on the 1st of October 2015 full time in the hippo room.

she has become so much more alert and open to people, amazing place with great staff that can not do enough for the education and well being of the children. always a pleasure to see her so happy thank you

My Granddaughter has attended here for the past two years and I can’t say enough how wonderful this day care is.

I’m a senior professional working within child protection and wouldn’t leave my loved ones to be cared for by anyone unless I had total faith in them.

I do the drop off in the mornings so I’ve got to know all the staff and they are all fantastic.

She’s well fed( never hungry after a day here) with varied and nutritional meals.

She’s starting school in September and attending here has made her a bright, clever and well rounded little girl who’s more than ready for big school.

They have dealt with every minor incident appropriately and kept her family informed on her development at all times.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart due to your childcare my daughters achieved a degree and now has a wonderful career.

We will miss you all ��

Chunky Monkeys have been fab with my little girl. She loves going in every morning and I struggle to get her out of there in the evenings!! They have been particularly fab and very patient when it comes to potty training, nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you for all your help!

Absolutely Fabulous Day Nursery. My son is nearly 3 and has attended Chunky Monkeys since he was 9 months old. Nursery Nurses are wonderful, facilities excellent and I know when he is there he is in the best possible hands. I would'nt send him anywhere else. Thankyou Chunky Monkeys!
