Nice cinema in Friars Walk, the cinemas themselves are always clean and tidy with comfortable seating, screens and sound are awesome. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
The staff at the cinema were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cinema reception and toikets was clean and tidy. Seats were comfortable with loads of leg room. My only complaint was that the floor was sticky when we sat down so clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous viewing, however when we informed the staff they were quick to resolve this.

went to see movie intending on buying unlimited passes but machines weren't working so bought tickets and then couldn't afford passes until I got my next wages I contacted cineworld customer services and without hesitation was given some free codes and guy on the phone was so friendly.
The one and only time I visited this cinema, they failed to indicate that the film I was going to see was going to have audio description subtitles. They were fine with refunding me, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience.
Went to T2 Trainspotting here the other day. Similar comments to Mike Hadjidemetriou, they leave the 'safety lights' on. Why? Hello? What other cinema on planet earth leaves lights in the ceiling on for safety reasons, particularly when they distract viewers from the screen? This also had the effect of giving the projection a 'foggy' appearance. All cinemas I have been to leave a green 'Exit' sign on for safety reasons, not lights that are so clearly distracting. PLEASE do something about this. All this money that was invested in Friars Walk and some jobsworth at the cinema is spoiling the main attraction!
