Went to see Despicable Me 3 in 3D, only the glasses made no difference to the picture - just felt like we were watching it with double vision. Mentioned it to a member of staff who said the projector may have been set up wrong. In all fairness, we were given free passes to whatever film we want to see next time. Five star service!

Cineworld made our daughters birthday very special and went above and beyond for our family. We want to thank you once again for everything you did for Seren. She said it was the best birthday she'd ever had and that means so much to us xx

always co me here now. only criticism is the staff on the refreshment counters. please can you train then to be a bit faster. think the main problem people go here to get their tickets. ridiculous when there are several machines they can use. or perhaps there should be desigated counters for tickets. other than that staff are all very friendly and helpful. screens very comfortable have to get lower seats cos can't make higher seats steps very steep I fell once down them. perhaps some sort of handrail???

Thought it was great helpful staff only issue was some of the lights in the gents were out and by low urinal got little Ines was out of order

The staff were helpful and friendly, we had discount codes for our tickets which was really simple to do at the till and it was clean and well maintained for a busy Saturday evening. It's a bit inconvenient that the toilets are in the section inside which means you need to buy tickets etc first but we had a good visit.

Staff always pleasant but you really need to turn the air con off. It was freezing cold I sat through Kingman with my hubbys coat over me, it was warmer in the foyer.

Needs more staff then it would be excellent. Never enough people serving and always under staffed.

Just one winge really as I loved the film we went to see ....it was just too loud ...i sat for the duration of the film with my fingers in my ears ......i get you need atmosphere but it was louder than being at a rock concert lol

IMAX ... comfy seats saw Dunkirk and the sound ... well let's just say my chest was pounding !!!!! If I had to say a negative it would be that I am amazed that in today's climate bags are not searched before you go to see your film ....

Cinema local to where I am so convenient, like that you can book online beforehand for good seats & meerkat movies 2 for 1 is good value, staff friendly & welcoming, the only bug bear is the food & drinks are very expensive which I know this is usual at most cinemas, £11.90 for 2 hot dogs & a drink eek!! Other than that I would go again. �

Went with my daughter to watch wonder woman, there was quite a few lads that had came in and were Sat in other people's seats, nobody on the door was checking that you were in the correct screening, so it was like a free for all , disappointing as I have purchased my daughter a cinecard, I won't be renewing it.

Way too expensive, I know a lot of people that won't go because of the high priced films & snacks....

£9 for a Coke & a bag of Revels!? That is a joke!

I won't be going often.

Also, don't sit in rows A - D as they are way to close to the screen, we had to move back.

However the leg room is plenty.

Visit this cinema quite often, but yesterday our experience was dampened by the distinct smell of urine that was not only present around the toilet area but in screen 4 as well. Not to mention the extortionate price I paid for a pick and mix for my son - won't be making that mistake again.

Service was terrible! Had to wait ages to get served, not enough staff on! After my fiancée had bought his things I was straight behind him and waiting to get served next, patiently.... some woman barged in front of me asking him to scan her phone for some glasses! He does but then has to go in the back to get them! After we spent nearly £50 at the counter I was disgusted he did this! You lost my sale of pick n mix, next time I'll bring my own in. Very disappointed in service! Was better at Odeon

Not impressed yesterday when we went to see mission Impossible. There was a large queue waiting for tickets, drinks etc and only 2 serving. One woman was behind the counter but was intent on brushing the floor for over 5minutes. The place se ms to be run by young people with no one obviously the manager supervising the staff.

Went to IMAX 3D, had to wait for the cleaning of the cinema to finish, no problem. While we waiting one woman popped in and out of the office collecting glasses for each couple, why not bring them all out in one go on a trolley?

Got to my seat to find it covered in popcorn, had to clean it myself, what happened to the cleaning that was in progress?

Wasn’t impressed Cineworld, get you act together

Need more imax not just i max 3d as some people dont like 3d but would want to see film in imax and price for snacks are two high could go tesco and get 4 bags of sweets for the price of 1 and need more seats in waiting area

Disappointed 3rd time I've been to see the last Jedi and to pick up the poster only to be told for the 3rd time they don't have any left strange as on opening night I saw a lad with about 20 of them and they wernt ment to be out untill the following sunday

Staff are always helpful and friendly. I do however find it really bizarre that you have to buy your snacks and drinks before you go in to the section where the toilets are so you then have to do relays in and out unless you want to take food in the toilet. Most people I seen took there food and drinks in the toilet which I found weird especially considering they are always smelly and unclean. I may be alone in thinking that's unhygienic??

My daughter was charged full adult price because she didn’t have a student card. She doesn’t have a student card and she was treated appallingly by the member of staff.

Making a 15 year old pay full price is purely greed and really poor double standards when it comes to customer service.
