Great clean tidy place but be careful the landlord seems to think it's OK to let Kingdom litter enforcement on there without even warning the public all in plain clothes and very nasty guys .
The staff are friendly and the service is fast (and generous). The place is well maintained and is kept in really good condition
Good, clean facilities but the ticket prices are steep!! The screen rooms are big and nice. Seats are pre-allocated though which is good and bad depending on your luck.
Love this cinema, it offers the best cinema experience around! If you're going for the movies then go here. The only downside is that their arcade could do with an upgrade. It's easily accessible by the A55 and near to Conwy, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay.
Was very easy to book online including seats and simply print the tickets at the automated machine. Theatre was comfortable and screen and sound good. Easy to reach from A55.
The best place in North Wales to watch new films. Proper popcorn and choice of pick'n'mix. A proper cinema experience.

It's the only multiplex around for us and as simply that it's fine. The staff aren't very attentive however but it's a cinema so once you're inside and watching the film it's all good. I went to a vue last year however where the screen size and the sound system showed what's possible in terms of quality.
The staff were more than happy and courteous, customer service was great as well as the cinema experience in general.
My only gripe is that of the cinemagoers was sick during the film and at the end everyone in this specific screen was asked to leave through the fire escape. That would be fine however I'm a wheelchair user and not only was there no drop curb to the car park but the pavement itself wasn't wide enough to navigate around.
