Great cinema lively friendly staff service is good but food not so much selection
Great place to watch a film. Very good price to go there. Superscreen is great
recently attended to watch movie , website stated all 2d movies £2.90, at cinema assistant told me movie £3.90 , showed her website , sent for manager whose was rude and belligerant . left cinema without seeing movie , thoroughly unpleasant experience because of bad manager , never heard of customer service, made big deal for a pound! go somewhere else to see movies.
Just found put that the prices are £2.90 for normal everyday films, I have 2 unlimited cards costing £36 per month. Its outrageous that you have not dropped your Loyalty Card (Unlimited) to reflect these prices. I have just been told if I cancel you will be collecting on the yearly price. I am contacting trading standards and if I have a letter collecting for the rest I will be taking it further. Bad play targeting your loyal customers, you will never see me there again after this.
£2.90 tickets, overpriced food and friendly staff.
Upon looking at the building from the outside one would assume it is a part of a larger shopping complex, but no, it's all Cineworld. For such a large building it needs a larger entrance, to get into the building you have to navigate through one of two rotating doors which is only just large enough to fit a person at a time. Instead of having a reasonable entrance the exterior is littered in duplicate movie posters. I'm not talking about there being two or three of the same poster but more like 5. If you're handy capped you can't access the elevator until you go up one set of escalator.
Picture quality in the screens is okay, sound is nothing special but the seats are clean and comfortable offering a drink holder and lots of places to loose your wallet or phones.
Went to watch the new Spider-Man in 4dx amazing experience loved it and can't wait to go watch the next film
A bit pricey when you compare to Vue. However, if you feel like going for the Unlimited Card, it's worth it.
The staff is always nice and engaging, the place is clean and tidy, and there are many many screenings in various format (2d, 3d, 4dx, Super Screen).
A great place to enjoy a movie.
Unlimited member makes this worth the money but the facilities are in need of modernisation and general maintenance.

There is parking near by with lots of places to eat. Also a nearby Tesco allows you buy cinema supplies cheaply.
Bit pricey, even for students as prices fluctuate depending on time of day or day of the week. Hard for them to justify their prices when other cinemas charge £4. Fewer food deals than competitors. Not a bad cinema though, just pricey.
