CIOTEK Limited is a unique business development consultancy blending the expertise of a core of specialist consultants into a team of exceptional depth and strength. We have contracts to deliver business support via the Welsh Government to support organisations in various aspects of their business development - including start up mentoring, and HR development training guidance.

Much of the work we deliver to individuals and businesses is fully funded by Welsh Government, but we also undertake specific, bespoke projects which we tailor to the client.

Our clients include Higher and Further Education establishments, local government and the local authority - we have worked with Swansea Uni, Swansea Met, Gower College Swansea, Neath Port Talbot College, Bangor University, Cardiff University as well as Neath Port Talbot and Merthyr County Councils.

We have a track record of delivering business consultancy services to both new and established enterprise - challenging new ideas, and supporting the development /expansion of existing operations.

Passionate about Marketing, we are members of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and also have a Chartered Marketer on the board of Directors. To this end, we confidently deliver a marketing workshop series, marketing master classes and strategic marketing consultancy to individual enterprises.

We also work with young people in relation to enterprise development - raising the profile of self employment as an option when they depart education. As Dynamo Role Models, its our responsibility to disseminate our passion for business development, encourage new ideas and enthuse those who wouldn't normally consider self employment, to become their own boss.

Existing contracts include undertaking baseline, interim and final evaluation reports for existing programmes supported by WEFO, local government or authority. Assessing the success of funded programmes is key to identifying market /client need, and return on investment. CIOTEK Ltd have a team of experienced researchers who will review a project from start to finish, and produce qualitative /quantitative data and recommendations to support succession.

2013 sees CIOTEK Ltd celebrating its 10th Year Anniversary in Business - a fantastic achievement and one the team are excited about.
