City Church is a large, vibrant and dynamic Elim Pentecostal Church in the heart of Cardiff. We are church of all ages with people from all backgrounds and over 50 nationalities. You are welcome to join us!
City Church Cardiff Description
The City Temple is a city centre church with a citywide vision. Started in 1929 after an extraordinary 51 nights of pioneer outreach meetings led by evangelist George Jeffreys, which saw over 3, 000 converted and many wonderful healings the City Temple opened in 1934 on a prime site opposite Sophia Gardens, and now just a stone's throw from Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.
Part of the Elim Pentecostal Church, a nationwide movement with over 600 churches throughout the UK, we are a growing church with an increasingly international congregation including many from Africa. We have a heart for the expanding city of Cardiff, for Wales and for the Nations.
If you are new to the City Temple or considering joining us for a service we hope you will find a place where you feel welcomed and at home. The City Temple is made up of ordinary people responding to the love of God and the life changing message of Jesus Christ.
