City Hospice

City Hospice, formerly George Thomas Hospice Care, is the major provider of specialist home based palliative care for Cardiff. We are consultant led as well as providing specialist nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, welfare rights and social workers, pre and post bereavement counseling including children's bereavement groups and complementary therapies.
