Aggressive & angry man! Went to look at a van with a friend for help ( is a qualified vehicle technician) looked around the van that had no history with it other than service & mot's for the last 3 years. The clutch didn't feel right as it vibrated oddly so we politely said we would give it a miss to which we were met with the angriest man in Wales!! Asked us why we would give it a miss, we said because the clutch didn't feel right then the owner turned & questioned my friend on why he thinks it's vibrating oddly followed with how that my friend didn't have a clue what he was on about & that he knows nothing. That he himself (owner) has forgotten more in his 36yrs experience than my friend even knows politeness being somthing he has forgotten! He said how apparently all vans are like that with the clutch peddle (which they aren't as mine isn't!!) That we tried to burn the clutch out (was just testing how high the biting point was) thay my friend is a c**k for telling me not to buy the van & denying him a sale & that I shouldn't listen to someone I know & trust. He just kept on at us getting more angry and aggressive to the point we just said what ever and walked away! So glad I did not buy a van from here and looking at other reviews of this place a bullet well dodged!
