Took my 2 daughters to have their ear pierced the service was fab but when I went to pay I was told it was £90 I was not told how much the earing were before hand,

DO NOT BUY HERE!
I bought two lipgloss/necklace for my girls that came wrapped up. Once I opened the pack outside of the shop I had to go back in to ask for my money back since the necklace was so short that the girls weren't able to 1) put it on themselves over their head, 2) see the lipgloss to actually open it and use it as it was stuck right in their neck!

I was basically told that they couldn't do anything because there was nothing wrong with the product. EVERYTHING is wrong with the product.

Very disappointed, I feel deceived and ripped off.
