Mindfulness and Wellbeing Teacher / Trainer.

Clare is based in Cardiff, South Wales. She was a secondary school teacher for over 25 years and a Senior Leader for over 15 years. Clare has focused her creative and innovative skills to start up her own business teaching Mindfulness courses in schools and workplace settings.
