Moved into Rhyl last year from Prestatyn , and registered here, found them to be excellent, had a full mot?and I thought they great, very caring and,I thought the service was excellent, knowing how much pressure they are under. Keep up all your hard work.Thank you

Waited over 2 hours and ended up walking out. Receptionist have no sympathy for you and just say that it's the way it is and they can't do anything about it. I've changed surgery because of it.

What a joke! Apsolutley appalled by the attitude "some" of the staff have in this place.
should be investigated.. nemerous calls from my daughter and promised a call back. Weeks later after chasing She gets a call of a very abrupt, rude and dismissive member of the medical staff..

this doctors is a joke can never get an appointment wont let u book 1 for the next day have a really bad back doctor told me to get a appoint ment and they wont to give me 1 for over a week not a good place to get appointments when you need them

Absolutely appalled by the reception staff who think they are medically trained. Turned my 2 year old son away today with a rash all over his body saying come back tomorrow. Never consulted a doctor consulted other reception staff. We have been advised to write a complaint which we will be doing. Working as a doctors receptionist does not make you medically trained, I'm disgusted

easy to get seen by walking if your there for 8in the morning but if you work a lot you will be dead before getting an arranged appoint it's like 2 or 3 weeks for an appoint the doctors art very good either I went in complaining of symptoms the doctors sent me for a chest exray and heart rythem I tell I friends with in minutes he says sounds like hey fever gives me a tablets which cures my problem
